Ingredients: Aloe Vera Oil, Clear Jojoba Oil, Chamomile Oil, Lavandin Oil, St. John’s Wort Oil, Rainbow Plant, Peppermint Essential Oil, Menthol Extract, Citric Acid, Ethanol, Calendula Oil, Tea Tree Oil Extract. 

Instructions/Directions : Roll product over affected area. Apply as needed.

Warnings: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, flush thoroughly with water. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if rash or irritation occurs. Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients.

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from Family Tree Essence, Inc.. If the product was purchased from a third-party retailer, please follow their return policies.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@familytreeessence.com. Provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
• Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.

3. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely return of the product.

4. Refund Process:

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

5. Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Products:

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any applicable return shipping costs.

7. Non-Returnable Items:

• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skin care products.
