Some types of goods are exempt from shipping. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers and magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept items containing personal items, hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your replacement product may vary.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when shipping items over $75. (We do not guarantee receipt of returned goods)
